What is USPSA & Practical Shooting?

USPSA is a fast-pace action shooting sport that includes all level of shooters. USPSA is made up of several classes and divisions allowing anyone with any gun compete in USPSA. If you own a pistol and want to compete, there is a place for you in USPSA.

General Information:
Match Fee: $5 for OPSC Members, $25 for others (Please bring exact change – cash only)
Rules: Current USPSA Rule Book: Rule Book
Stages: Six, includes classifier
Round Count: Bring 250 rounds to be safe
Registration: Online, opens Saturday at 5pm one week before Sunday’s Match, via link above
Match Setup: Saturday, 8:00AM to 10:00AM the day prior to the match. Please consider helping out. Match discount applies for non-members.
Match Check-In: Sunday, 8:00AM to 8:45AM. Club Entrance Gate opens at 7:55AM.
Match Start/End Time: Matches will begin at 9:00AM and will end by 2:00PM
Range Rule: OPSC is a Cold Range. Eye & hearing protection to be worn at all times.
Equipment Comment: The use of SERPA-like holsters and soft ballistic nylon holsters are prohibited. If you arrive to a match with such equipment, you will be asked to leave (DQ’d)
